I sought help from Paul as I was experiencing difficulties performing the work I loved on stage. Paul was very quick to realise that this was only the tip of an emotional iceberg that kept me trapped in an abusive marriage and frozen in unhappy personal circumstances and a negative sense of myself.

My confusion about what was good and bad, true and untrue, right and wrong was acute. My submission to a false sense of responsibility and duty as well as my longstanding feelings of ineptitude constantly undermined any sparks of betterment I may have attempted.

Paul’s incredibly patient and accurate input however broke through these decade-old layers and somehow revealed me to myself. His wisdom and kind humanity not only helped me realise where I was and face up to making the changes necessary, but also left me with an irreversible clarity which alters my every day to this day.
