I first met Paul when he gave me some invaluable coaching support 10 years ago. His coaching was totally transformative for me. It helped me to reassess my career, think hard about what I wanted to do and, ultimately, has led me to become a Coach myself. Paul created the space I needed to reach my own conclusions about what I should do and what steps I should take. He challenged me to make sure I had thought things through thoroughly and then gave me massive support and encouragement to go out and get it done. Which I did. I cannot recommend Paul highly enough.
