In addition to my 1:1 private individual practice, my organisational work increasingly engages those interested in shifting cultural value systems toward a more equitable world - progressive educators, consultants, therapists, artists and coaches, and executives of organisations seeking to initiate and amplify significant change for themselves, their organisations, affiliated community groups, or the wider cultural contexts.

I develop and deliver a broad spectrum of bespoke, in-house experiential learning and education programmes for a diverse range of clients. I’ve had the privilege to work with Whitehall mandarins, global brand entrepreneurs, regional government executives, lawyers and HR execs, fighter pilots, round-the-world sailors, bus drivers, medics and marketing gurus, international peacekeepers, victims of kidnap, rape and torture and private school abuse, ballet dancers, visual artists and filmmakers, writers, estate managers, deer stalkers, tech’ experts and companies developing AI robots, landscape gardeners, classical musicians, teachers, academics, NGO’s, social entrepreneurs, multinational CEO’s, and bakers - with professors, judges and surgeons, shamanic practitioners, clinical psychologists, psychiatrists, community founders, coaches and psychotherapists.

In a word, ‘humans’ who are committed to progressing their lives - be that personally, professionally or both.

A common thread binds my work together - to elicit the core operating values my clients hold dear; to explore these in their current context and develop a programme that best supports the inherent intelligence (skills, knowledge, influence) of the individual or group toward the solutions they want and need.

Keynote - Land Management Conflict as an invitation to collaboration

I do this by experientially educating my clients in how and why core values are formed and specifically, how to recognise when they need updating, and facilitating them to create a map that makes sure they get where they want to go.

I utilise the presenting issues and challenges in context to teach the tools necessary to enable my clients to confidently create systemic positive change in the real world, in real time. Generative Change may often seem subtle, but it’s always powerful,

It’s change my clients can handle, see, and feel in the moment that makes a tangible, measurable difference, and importantly that supports the potential for future change - aligned with the evolving situation and necessary emerging operational values.

Individual group sizes typically range from 6 to approximately 100 people.
