Since 1997, I’ve devoted my life to helping individuals, teams, and organisations turn uncertainty into opportunity and challenge into transformation. What began as a professional pursuit has become a lifelong practice — exploring how change, when met with awareness and courage, becomes a profound initiation into growth.

Over the years, I’ve worked with people from all walks of life: those consciously seeking transformation, and those who’ve found themselves unexpectedly shaken from the familiar. Wherever my clients begin, I meet them there — in the present moment — honouring the past while helping them gather the courage, creativity, and clarity to move toward what feels most authentic and alive.

My approach draws from nearly three decades of private practice and study across disciplines that explore the patterns of Nature, Psyche, and Culture. I see human consciousness as an expression of nature’s relational intelligence — an ever-evolving field of connection, wisdom, and renewal.

This understanding shapes everything I do. It invites a way of working that is grounded, compassionate, and generative — serving each client’s healing, growth, and development in ways that ripple far beyond our time together.

My professional journey began at 16 as an apprentice engineer in London — a role that taught me the value of precision, persistence, and problem-solving. Over the next 17 years, I progressed through engineering, IT systems design, and programme management, leading multi-million-pound projects and large technical teams to deliver infratructure projects to thousands.

Parallel to my corporate career, I immersed myself in applied psychology, earning master-practitioner and trainer qualifications in Neuro-Linguistic Programming and exploring Gestalt therapy, Jungian depth psychology, hypnosis, somatic work, Systems Thinking, and Spiral Dynamics.

Eventually, my growing awareness brought me into conflict with the priorities of corporate life. Choosing integrity over comfort, I left my career and travelled across Africa, Australasia, and North America. Along the way, I coached people from all walks of life, learned from indigenous elders and healers, and came to understand psychology as a living, relational process — not just a set of techniques.

Since returning to the UK, I have built a private practice that integrates psychotherapy, coaching, and facilitation. I’ve worked with individuals navigating trauma, burnout, grief, career transitions, creative blocks, and major life changes — as well as those seeking purpose, meaning, and personal growth.

My approach is collaborative, creative, and grounded in deep respect for the human psyche’s capacity to adapt, heal, and flourish. Whether working one-to-one or with groups, my aim is to create a space where people can connect with their own resources, navigate change with clarity, and live more authentically.
