When I first reached out to Paul it was from a dark place. I felt frozen/stuck, helpless and completely paralysed by fear. I had been locked in this mindset for many years.

Paul listened to me, I mean REALLY listened. I think it was the first time I had ever experienced that in my life and something shifted. I glimpsed potential for a different life.

This process was furthered a couple of years later when I participated in Paul’s Deep Nature Immersion. The result was profound, the world tilted on its axis and it was as if I suddenly saw the world through different eyes.

Throughout the time I have known Paul he has repeatedly demonstrated an innate ability to see and name that deep inside me of which I have been completely unaware/oblivious.

Thanks to him I am learning to silence a number of self limiting narratives which no longer serve me. This process has not been easy and he has challenged me on more then one occasion. For this I am extremely grateful, though perhaps not so much at the time.

As a footnote I do think Paul should come with a health warning. You can’t hide from him and I swear he knows more about what’s going on inside you than you do yourself. He also has zero tolerance for bullshit.
