Diana T - Facilitator

…Those processes were deeply embodied and remain with me now.  When you joined our circle and were whispering, ‘You have waited so long for this’, and the guys were attuned to my heartbeat, ‘buboom,  breathing in breathing out,’ it quite literally blew me apart.

I’m still deeply moved as I write. I felt a sense of profound, deep calm, and full presence, but didn’t feel I was in a trance state. However, you asked someone to hold my feet, then my calves, then gently support my knees. It was like I was in and a part of the quantum world. The presence of others’ touch drew everything back into solid form again.

Since then, I feel myself almost molecularly re-arranged. My thought patterns and processes are more spacious, I feel at ease and contented, expansive, and more sustained. I feel whole, more ‘me’ than I have since the traumatic events in Africa - a long, long time ago.
